The Senior Performance Management Advisor will provide technical leadership and
support the development of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation (M&E)
framework with national stakeholders including MSD, CMS, MOHCDGEC to monitor
supply chain improvement efforts. In collaboration with the GHSC leadership,
the Senior Performance Management Advisor will
lead the development and
monitoring the project’s performance management plan (PMP) and coordinating
performance evaluations. In close coordination with the Logistics Management
Unit (LMU), S/he will champion
data use and data
quality improvement efforts throughout the supply chain. This position will be
based in Oar es Salaam, with occasional travel to zones.
Remuneration:
