University of London Executive Regeneration Internship in UK

The
University of London is pleased to offer Executive Regeneration Internship
which is a full-time position in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a degree
in Planning, Regeneration, Geography, Social Policy, Management or other
relevant subjects. This is a paid internship programme. Interns will get £308
per week. The duration of the internship is 6 months.

    and understanding of urban regeneration issues, planning legislation and
    development topics.

    level of written and oral presentation and communication skills.

    project management skills
  • Ability
    to prepare briefings and reports with a sound evidence base, on complex
    policy issues or service-specific issues for the Director Regeneration and
    Growth.
  • Ability
    to manage different work-streams and to deliver all work within the
    correct timeframe.

Description:

the directorate with the regeneration work to ensure a successful, joined-up
approach. Directly supporting the Director of Regeneration and Growth, the
Executive Regeneration intern will have a specific responsibility around
ensuring that the Director of Regeneration and Growth is adequately briefed on
all regeneration projects and that the Regeneration and Housing management
Board are effectively engaged in maximizing regeneration outcomes for the
borough.
