The legal officer is
the Principal legal advisor of Zonal office. He/She is responsible for all
legal matters, advice and legal representation of the corporation especial on
zonal offices pertain legal and other related matters.
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
I. To handle all corporation cases and provides legal advice on all matters
related to insurance claims or any other legal issues concern the corporation.
II. To represent the corporation in legal matter
s in courts of law, tribunals
or any other legal bodies.
III. To give legal advice and opinion in all matters concern insurance claims
IV. To draft legal documents on behalf of the Corporation.
V. To Prepare monthly reports on cases and legal matters.
VI. To ensure good record keeping of correspondence and files belonging to the
legal department.
VII. To perform any other duties assigned by the superiors
Essential Qualification knowledge and Experience
Holder of a University Degree in law from recognized University.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the legal field in a reputable
firm.
• Computer Literacy
REMUNERATION
Remuneration will be according to ZIC salary scale and other terms and
conditions of ZIC.
