and reliable energy to communities that currently lack such power. The company

The M-Power Academy is a job training program which prepares
university graduates to enter the workforce. During the first week, candidates
will be trained on business skills that can be used in many different jobs. For
participants who are selected to continue into the next week of the program,
will focus on job training that is specific to Off Grid Electric. At the end of
the program, the most promising academy participants will be offered the
opportunity to work at Off Grid Electric.

There is a selection process to enroll in the Academy which
includes an online test. Once you have filled this form, you will receive a
message with the test link and instructions. Candidates must do the online test
before 12pm on Wednesday 13th January. Candidates with a passing score
will be invited for in-person interviews. Interviews will be conducted in Kigali. Classes are
scheduled to begin on February 2nd.
