culture. Funding for professional development is available, and we also
provide a Reward and Recognition Policy. Paid non-contact time is
included and monthly staff meetings are also paid. Breaks

during the day are
covered by the Centre’s float staff, and meals are provided for all staff, by
our qualified chef. A closure period occurs over Christmas and New Year.

Qualifications
Applicants
must hold:

- ACEQA
recognized degree, such as a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) - Current
registration as a teacher - Current
Blue Card, First Aid and CPR Certificates, Asthma and anaphylaxis
Certificates required. - Certified
Supervisor, and Child Protection training also preferred.
