primary purpose of this position is to provide a high level of care for

Reporting
directly to the Center Manager some of your responsibilities include:
* Support the Center manager with the running of the Center
* Practice interest based holistic Education program reflecting the Early
Learning Years Framework
* Support and Mentor Junior Educators in their roles
* Support families and communicate their children’s progress and needs

be successful in this role you will have a Degree in Early Childhood (or near
completion) and a minimum of three years experience as an Early Childhood
Educator and Room Leader. Additionally, you must be able to work independently
and have a sound knowledge of Early Childhood and EYLF framework.
Previous experience working with Pre-School aged children.
