intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract
for which this Bidding Document is issued.

The EAV Kabutare invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply of
Agriculture and Veterinary consumables for EAV Kabutare as indicated in detail
in the statement of Requirements,

The tender documents in English may be obtained from the SECRETARY OFFICE OF
EAV Kabutare upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of
EIGHT THOUSAND RWANDAN FRANCS (8,000FRW) paid to Account N°: 90695, BANK:
Cooperative Umwalimu SACCO, Account name: EAV KABUTARE opened in Cooperative
Umwalimu SACCO. The tender documents may be obtained on any working day from
8:00 AM at EAV KABUTARE Secretariat office. All the bids shall be accompanied
by a Bid Security of 2% of all tender of the bid price, and bids shall be valid
for 90 days starting from the deadline of submission of bids.
