1. Accountant (1)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensuring that the Company’s
accounting books are in accordance with current accounting conventions and
legal requirements;

• Liaising with Tax Authority on all
Tax related matters including: (i) Preparations of tax computations of the
company as necessary (ii) Filing the returns and ensure tax payment on due
dates and (iii) Payments of all withholding taxes.

• Prepare the payroll with attention
to statutory (PAYE, SSF) and non statutory deductions

• Making necessary preparations for
the Companys accounts to be audited in accordance with regulations
requirements, and assist auditors in carrying out their work;

• Maintaining the Companys budget,

• Keeping custody of cheque books,
payment vouchers, and all other accounting documents pertaining to expenditure
in the Company;

• Processing and Ensuring that all
payments are made in accordance with financial., regulations and the approved
budget;

• Overseeing the management of petty

• Performing bank
reconciliation and verifying all accounting transactions to ensure proper and

Requirements minimum qualifications
-Master’s Degree in Finance or
Accounting with two years of working experience in Rublic Finance or Bachelor
Degree in Finance or Accounting with 3 years working experience in accounting
function or Public Financial Management.
