Casino and Convention Resort is looking for a Casino Tables Dealer to fill the
vacant post in their Botswana Office.
Requirements
MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal
games according to company and gaming board procedures. - Guest
relations and assisting novice players. - Ensure
Company and Gaming Board compliance in the way that games are conducted. - Identify
and report possible security risks and suspicious guests and staff
behaviour - Maintain
a consistent polite and friendly attitude to customers
MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
with good numerical skills - Previous
Dealing experience would be a definite advantage. - Competency
on Roulette, Blackjack would be preferred. - Presentable
as interaction with clients is essential - Good
communication and inter-personal skills. - Ability
to work shifts - Operationally
required to work in a smoking environment.
