will you do?

Your day will see you taking inbound calls from
the
the
community where you will spend time engaging and getting to understand
their needs. Some of these calls will involve updating personal information,
providing complex information, advising about upcoming events, bookings and
taking payments. At times this position is emotive and would suit those that
can separate this to allow the best resolution for the customer despite the
circumstances at hand.
When will I do it?
You will enjoy a Monday to Friday rotating
roster between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm. No weekend work is required.
These positions will start in a temporary capacity for a 6 month contract
where you will enjoy an hourly rate of $25 + 9.50% super.

How will I succeed?
You will be provided with a comprehensive 2 week
classroom based training program, followed up with on the floor buddying and
support where you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop all the
skills required to provide this great service to the community.

- You
will have a real passion for customer service and a genuine interest in
helping people. - You
will have a desire for learning and ongoing self-education. - You
will enjoy working through problems and providing solutions. - You
understand the contact centre environment and have a desire to provide
phone service to the community. - You
have the emotional ability to deal with sensitive situations. - You
will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously while
providing individual phone service to the community.
