CAG Mentor (fixed term position for 8 montnhs) – MSF

Support and mentor the Thyolo District Office for the scaling up of the CAG
model in Thyolo, Mentor existing CAG drama groups and facilitate performance to
various occasion/events in promoting Viral Load
, HIV and CAG messages,
Supporting the CAG program administratively and assist CAG team in the
supervision of activities, Assist in the operational research decided in the
program
Bachelor of Social Science, or public Health, Environmental Sciences, 2 yr
experience with Community ART groups, Previous experience in HIV/AIDS field and
commitment to respect patient ethics, Able to consistently and meet deadlines
and work under pressure, Excellent knowledge of IT i.e. very good at Excel,
word, Power Point and statistical packages, Excellent mentoring communication
and time management skills
Experience in a well known, professionally recognised, international medical
humanitarian organisation committed to health systems improvement and
advocating for the vulnerable population, Salary packed and benefits comparable
