for suitable candidates to fill the position of the Following Positions:
1. Laboratory Technologist
Competency requirement
  • He/
    She should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory technology
  • He/she
    should have knowledge in Bio chemistry ,Hematology, histopathology,
    microbiology, serology services
  • A
    minimum of 3 years working experience in related field in a hospital
    settings
  • Planning
    and organizational Functional field team building
  • Must
    have good customer care skills, able to deal with patients politely
  • Must
    register with the relevant professional health body
Key responsibilities
  • Conduct
    clinical laboratory analysis of all human specimens
  • Analyse
    laboratory findings to check the accuracy of the results;
  • Operate,
    calibrate and maintain equipment used in quantitative and qualitative
    analysis.
  • Enter
    data from analysis of medical tests and clinical results into computer for
    storage.
  • Processes
    specimens and report results in a timely and efficient manor;
  • Establish
    and monitor programs to ensure the accuracy of laboratory results.
  • Extensive
    knowledge in area of specialty,
  • Knowledge
    in occupational therapy processes and procedure;
2. Hostess
Competency requirement
  • He/She
    should be at least a senior six certificate holder (A2) in hotel
    Management
  • Should
    have two years’ experience in hotel industry working as a waiter/ waitress
  • Should
    be customer care centered
Key responsibilities
  • Maintain
    and clean all work areas, kitchen equipment and utensils to the high
    standards of cleanliness and hygiene required by the Hospital
  • Make
    stock take and hand over for the equipment left to another shift.
  • Understands
    and abide by all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire regulations
    of catering department.
  • Clearing
    off all plates and other service equipment from the patients without any
    disturbance
3. Admission Officer
Competency requirement
  • A
    minimum of a diploma in accountancy or Finance (Al) or a related field
  • Experience
    of 3 years in a healthcare setting
  • Proven
    Computer literacy
  • Job
    Knowledge & Skill, Cooperation, Communication, Clients service focus
    and supervision
  • Should
    be customer a care focused
  • Deep
    knowledge of work processes and/or procedures including financial
    administration and computer based management.
Key responsibilities
  • Daily
    Gash collection and
    reporting         
  • Patient
    registration and medical bills computation
  • Management
    of Support document for the medical bills
  • Reconciliation
    of physical cash collected and system balances
  • Checking
    the validate of the Medical cover documentations(Insurance Cards, medical
    cover letters)
  • Accurate
    capture of Patients details in the Hospital Management System
  • Able
    to use electronic Smart Cards
4. Medical Director of Pathology
Services
Competency requirement
  • Tertially
    qualification with a minimum of Master’s degree in the relevant clinical
    field. Having an addition qualification in management of Health field is
    an added advantage.
  • He/she
    should have evidence of structured and professional career development.
  • He/she
    should have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in health set up.
  • Must
    register with the relevant professional health body
  • Must
    be a customer care focused
  • Must
    have analytical skills and management skills
  • Proven
    competencies in the development of strategy and business planning
Key responsibilities
  • Plans
    systematic approach for schedules, as well as ongoing reviews of all
    departmental 1 activities to reach Directorate targets
  • Develop,
    co-ordinate and evaluate a comprehensive education and training strategy
    within the Service which includes induction, annual mandatory training,
    appraisal, continuing professional development linked to individual
    training needs and clinical governance.
  • Ensures
    that the personnel acquire the technical expertise required for continued
    employment in this service
  • Ensure
    the adequate personnel allocation of tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure
    coordination of the pathology Directorate in professional manner
5. Radiographer
Competency requirement
  • Must
    be a holder of a diploma (A1) in Diagnostic imaging/Radiography from a
    reputable Institute.
  • Must
    have at least three years’ experience in the hospital.
  • Must
    be sociable capable of excellent interpersonal relation
  • Must
    have good customer care skills, able to deal with patients politely.
  • Must
    register with the relevant professional health body
Key responsibilities
  • Perform
    digital Radiography unaided with integration of PACS
  • Perform
    special Radiological examination with minimal supervision.
  • Perform
    basic ultrasound examination
  • Able
    to perform CT-Scan examination
  • Able
    to perform special MRI examination
  • Self-motivated
    with ability to work alone.
  • Play
    a role in x-ray machine maintenance will be an added advantage.
