experience in restaurants and/or
functions from
a high end venue to join the team.

Requirements:
- Must be a fully qualified Chef
- Fine dining experience is highly desirable
- Interest/experience with modern cooking techniques
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Have demonstrated experience in the industry
- Have impeccable cleanliness and hygiene
- Keen and enthusiastic
- Flexibility is required to meet the demands of the
business – evenings and weekends - Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
