new factory located in Jenjarom, Selangor. It is a joint venture between
Malaysian company and a foreign partner. We are manufacturer and exporter of a
full range of commercial and industrial Sealed Lead Acid batteries cater for
Asian, and Middle East markets.

Special
Assistant to China Expatriate Chief Engineer

Job Responsibilities:-

• Provide a full range of support to China expatriate
  Chief Engineer in all aspect of engineering works.

• Facilitate effective communication with all the
  departments mainly between production, sales, quality control,
  procurement, store and logistic department.

• Responsible in managing operations with set objectives
  to meet production demand within cost, quality control and delivery as
  well as ensure operations cost budget.

• Ensure continue improvement in productivity, efficiency,
  effectiveness, cost saving, minimize the wastage by estimates the quantity
  of materials needed in all production.

• Participate and involve in Company budget preparation,
  cost monitoring and reporting.

• Report to China expatriate Chief Engineer on the
  progress and improvement of factory operational activities.

• Undertake special assignment ad-hoc functions and
  business-related tasks as and when required.

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,
  Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate
  Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic,
  Mechanical or equivalent.

• Minimum five (5) years of working experience in the
  related field is required for this position. Preferably those candidates
  specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

• Candidate must possess good command of written and
  spoken English and Chinese. He/she must be able to converse in Mandarin in
  order to support China expatriate Chief Engineer.

• Candidate must possess excellent in communication,
  interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels, organization skills and
  analytical skills.

• Good attitude, confident, mature personality, attentive
  to details and be able to handle multi-tasks.

• Analytical, self-motivated, high degree of integrity and
  pro-active work approach.
   
• Candidate must be willing to work in Jenjarom, Selangor.
