LOCATION

Ngoma (1), Muhanga (2), Kigali (3), Rwamagana, (1) and Huye (1).
1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- •
Accurately tracking and reporting all information relating to client
credit and savings through the use of eMerge and Excel.
- •
Maintain a Christ-centered and Client-focused service attitude towards
providing support for the EBUs.
- •
Entering in system all information that Lending Staffs have collected from
group clients
- • To
receive loans request, input loan data in emerge and do follow up of loans
processing till it’s in the hands of Regional Support Centre Leader.
- •
Prepares the voucher for the withdrawal of group loans and savings and
inputs the amount in eMerge.
- •
Receiving group repayments forms, and track data in emerge and excel
tracking systems.
- •
Providing all requests of information needed to strengthen UOB Lending
Activities by the EBU Team Members from data entries.
- •
Maintaining and ensuring filling process after eMerge and excel data
entries have been done.
- •
Training the Lending Team and ensuring accuracy of filing and reporting as
well as following the policies and practices of UOB;
- •
Providing spiritual leadership and a Christian witness to all people the
RCS/Data Entry staff comes into contact with during the course of business
and work;
- •
Actively participating in improving UOB by developing and making
recommendations, creating innovative training methods, cutting down costs,
working more efficiently and effectively.
- • Other
duties as necessary to accomplish the UOB mission.
2. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education and Experience
- •
Bachelor’s Degree or certified diploma in a business related subjects from
a reputable university or technical School.
- • One
year experience using a computer.
3. Knowledge and Skills
- •
Exceptional skills in organization, reporting and time management.
