Specifics of the job:

• Prospecting; cold calling, letter box dropping
• Liaising with buyers, vendors and photographers via
  phone, email and in person
• Database management
• Prepare appraisal and listings kits
• Assist with open homes
• Prepare weekly vendor reports
• Respond to email enquiries

To be considered for the
opportunity, you will have the following background:

• Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate
• Impeccable presentation
• Reliable car & driver’s license
