The
Rwanda Union of the Blind (RUB) would like to recruit a project officer for the
project titled INSPIRED.

project titled INSPIRED.
Desired
qualifications are:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Education with a background in Social
Sciences - Ø
At least 3 years experience in project management and working in related
field especially in an NGO setting.
Computer
literacy is a requirement

English will be the main working language but fluency in Kinyarwanda is
crucial Ø Functional knowledge of French will be an added advantage
