full-time field staff. We are Rwanda’s fastest growing professional
organization. To help manage this growth, we are looking for a “Recruiter” t
o
start as soon as possible. Your Duties • Draft and publish job advertisements •
Maintain applicant tracking database • Identify, and interview highly qualified
individuals for One Acre Fund – Rwanda • Create and maintain partnerships with
networks, professional fellowships,as well as public and private institutions
in order to gain access to Rwanda’s most talented workers • Schedule and conduct
interviews in accordance with internal guidelines • Evaluate applicants and
shortlist candidates in cooperation with Human resource managers and department
heads. Our Requirements • A university degree in Human Resource Management,
Social Sciences or other related fields • Ideally 1-3 years of professional
work experience in recruiting in Rwanda • Interviewing skills for phone and
face-to-face interviews • Fluent in Kinyarwanda as well as English and/or
French • Solid computer skills regarding e-mail, internet usage, and Microsoft
Word and Excel • Friendly personality, professional and proactive work
attitude, as well as the ability to interact with people from different
