to recruit a “Monitoring and Evaluation Manager” who will report directly to
the Programs Director and will be based in Kimihurura, Kigali.

Assist the Program Director to develop systematic and realistic monitoring
plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data, in order to report on
project performance indicators;

writing techniques and requirements for relevant donors to ensure compliance;

the programs;
