this contract will see you review, oversee, track and deliver findings on
various projects while conducting sales and marketing analysis for a reputable
and local market leader.

Representing the Information Technology Team, yet uniting both the Sales and
Marketing groups, the successful candidate must have proven experience in a
large commercial environment, have superior communication and coordination skills
coupled with the ability for an immediate start.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Comparative analysis, review and
  management of current sales and marketing activity against expectations
  within the business
• Review and report on the preparation
  of tender and agreement proposals and general activity.
• The ability to work to timelines and
  have the desire to develop an in-depth understanding across both the Sales
  & Marketing process, and the associated technologies, at a detailed
  technical level.
• Conducting reporting and analysis
  relating to business activity within sales / marketing and CRM systems.
• Identifying, report, present findings,
  then implement enhancements to enrich customer facing capabilities.
• Understanding how the CRM systems
  integrate with other business systems and develop solutions to streamline
  processes that utilise multiple systems.
• Creating/modifying standard reports,
  and workflows while introducing new methodologies as requested.
• Working with internal and external
  developers to create proposed solutions, including;
• Sales tracking.
• CRM system review.
• Analysing of sales performance vs
  target.
• Analysis of Marketing activities and
  trends.
• Monthly reporting.

Essential requirements include:

• Commercial experience with advanced
  analytical and reporting tools.
• Experience as a Business Analyst
  within a Sales and /or Marketing environment.
• Qualifications in Information
  Technology, Sales and Marketing, commerce or a related discipline.
• Have proven experience as an analyst
  who is a team player and enjoys working with driven people to deliver
  creative technical solutions to modern day business problems.
