We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic
fulltime Assistant Manager for our Priceline Store located in the
Highpoint Shopping Centre at Maribyrnong.

Reporting to the Store M
anager and as a key member of our innovative team, your main responsibilities
will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with
integrity and professionalism. - Assisting in the delivery of the sales budget
through focus on store presentation standards - Execution of catalogue set-ups and stock
control - Assisting in the achievement of the store’s
wage budget - Achieving sales targets through innovation
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Retail
Management role - Management of staff in a high sales turnover
environment. - Strong people skills to motivate, inspire and
lead through respect for others in a teamwork environment. - Strong business acumen and financial skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
- Volume stock management.
- A talent for visual merchandising.
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal
skills - High attention to detail
- Responsible, reliable and punctual
- Ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve
- Availability for rostered weekend and weekday
shifts
