company and share a dynamic work space with four other technology companies.
BDS is an online/mobile marketing company, which helps users save money online
at local businesses in Brisbane by promoting their deals. Put simply, we want
to increase our relationships with local businesses and have them add more
deals and customers to the app platform. So we are hiring someone to help
on-board and manage our small business retail partners first and foremost, but
who also enjoy using the web, social networks and online shopping.

Duties
To make outbound calls to y
our account base – everyone
from hair dressers, cafes owners, restaurants and cup cake stores.
Email your clients with updates, ideas, tips and support
monitor your clients results and assist them to increase their marketing and
enguagement with our business
On-board new retail clients to the Zippy App platform
Make sure the retail client is adding new deals
Help your client add as many of their cutomers to the platform as possible
Perform other duties appropriate to the role, as may be required and agreed
with the CEO or Management from time to time
Essential Education Qualifications and Attainments
Strong telephone skills with at least 2 years of
account management experience
Excellent communication skills
Good general level of education
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
An interest in smart phones and internet marketing
General strong internet research skills
