You will:
- Be able to confidently Account Manage a number
of their larger clients - Be part of the management team
- Lead and mentor a lovely team of Rehab
Consultants - Handle day to day management of staff
- Develop rehabilitation plans and manage
complex claims
You should be:
- A Registered Psychologist or Rehabilitation
Counsellor - Have 2+ years’ Occ Rehab Provider experience
- Experienced in injury management
- Skilled at mentoring and managing a team
- Business focussed
- Passionate about the industry
Your duties:
- Manage all elements of service delivery
- Mentor and support the team
- Manage key national accounts
- Accountable for the team performance
- Market their services to potential clients
- Design and implement innovative and empowering
programs
