As the RTO Administration Officer your role will be
varied, you will be responsible for processing student enrolments and
progression data into VETtrak student management system, RTO ad

claims reconciliation and stakeholder liaison including logistical aspects of
training courses; assisting with regular audit checks, and all compliance
related to VETtrak and student files. You must also have a good knowledge and
understanding of compliance related to the VET Industry.
To be successful in this role, the following skills
and experience are essential.

- Previous administration experience within an
RTO (minimum 2 years) - An understanding of RTO administration and
compliance requirements - High level of attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be competent in using VETtrak student
management software - Excellent organisation and time management
skills - Proficient with Word and Excel at Intermediate
level - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment –
TAE40110 desirable - Drivers License
