Support Officer/Co-ordinator who will be responsible for:

Working closely with the International and
Australasian Sales Managers. Market research, Supporting customer
relationships, preparing quotes and correspondence. Providing excellent
customer service including giving advice and technical information to customers
on the company’s products, receiving and making sales calls, processing new
sales leads, managing the correspondence between the sales team and their
client, monitoring customer accounts, keeping track of sales targets, answering
phone calls and updating the CRM.

To be successful in this role, you will need the

selling and supplying plant and or equipment to mining companies and
contractors preferred, self motivated and career focused with the aim of
progressing eventually into a direct sales role. Ability to travel on occasions,
ability to effectively use MS Suite of programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
and Powerpoint and CRM systems. Ability to present to all levels within
the organisation including Senior Management, ability to present at seminars,
conferences and corporate functions. Certificate IV in training and
assessment would be an advantage.
