This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company
who is the leader in their field.  They are looking for a Receptionist/
Junior Legal Secretary to provide effective, efficient accurate secretarial
service to assist in the management of the practitioners’ practice. The
position requires effective communication at all levels within the firm and its
external clients. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Participate in Reception relief with effective
    telephone presentation and client service.
  • Attend to mail, couriers and document exchange
    (DX).
  • Effectively prioritise tasks to the
    satisfaction of all practitioner demands.
  • Drafting letters as and when necessary.
  • Displaying initiative in the management of
    both their own work and their practitioners’ practice.
  • Audio typing proficiency and ability to set
    out documents in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Opening files.
  • General Typing and data entry.
  • Time entry inputting in a timely and accurate
    manner.
  • Provide administrative support including
    attending to filing, photocopying, mail, binding, faxing.
  • General administration duties as directed.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of
6-12 months experience in the administration or legal field and high IT
literacy. Experience in reception or legal secretarial work would be ideal, but
not essential. Exceptional presentation and communication skills will be the
key to your success, together with a ‘can do’ attitude and willing to help with
any task that is required.
