Sales
Duties:
- Services
existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by
planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential
sales outlets and other trade factors. - Adjusts
content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or
trade factor. - Focuses
sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. - Submits
orders by referring to price lists and product literature. - Keeps
management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as
daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory
analyses. - Monitors
competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,
products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. - Recommends
changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and
competitive developments. - Resolves
customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions;
preparing reports; making recommendations to management. - Maintains
professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies. - Provides
historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. - Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Diploma in business,
Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda, working knowledge of French, Customer
Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting
Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills,
Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.

Customer Service Representative
Job Duties:
- Attracts
potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting
information about other products and services. - Opens
customer accounts by recording account information. - Maintains
customer records by updating account information. - Resolves
product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint;
determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best
solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment;
following up to ensure resolution. - Maintains
financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. - Recommends
potential products or services to management by collecting customer
information and analyzing customer needs. - Prepares
product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer
information. - Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Diploma in business,
Degree an added advantage, Fluent in English, Kinyarwanda and French, Customer
Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge,

Sales Manager
Sales Manager Job
Duties:
- Determines
annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies;
analyzing trends and results. - Establishes
sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas;
projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. - Implements
company sales programs by developing field sales action plans. - Maintains
sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with
supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. - Establishes
and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply
and demand. - Completes
company sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
employees; following up on work results. - Maintains
company sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training
employees. - Maintains
company sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees;
planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. - Maintains
professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies. - Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Degree in business
or related field with minimum 2 years experience,Fluent in English and
