Labour Recruitment Procedure

1.)   The need for
labour must arise
2.)   Labour
department concern must place a requisition of labour.
3.)   Unreceipts
of requisition from the department by the personal management or department, an
authority is sought from the MD tp advertise the position.
4.)   Once the
authority is given, the position is advertised either internally or externally
or both.

5.)   Receipts of
application from the candidates or applicants.

6.)   Screening of
all application received by a competent officer assigned with that
responsibility. The screening is done in accordance with the requirement for
such position, that is qualification, experience and in most cases the age.
7.)   The
successful applicants are written, inviting them for an interview.
8.)   Conducting
the interview.
9.)   Sending
letters of employment to successful candidates.
10.)         
Resumption
of duties/orientation and assignment of task and responsibilities.
