COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (LIFE DIVISION)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Qualification will be an advantage.

POSITION REQUIREMENT:
The Ideal candidates should have ten years high-net-worth financial
services/personal products experience, including a proven track record in
sales, marketing .
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is key along with the
ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
Relationship with key customers/ brokers/agents in the financial services
Industry.
Relevant professional qualification.
Good knowledge of the financial services Industry.

COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (GENERAL BUSINESS DIVISION)

POSITION SUMMARY:
This role will be responsible for coordinating the strategic commercial
activities of the company and lead the Commercial team towards developing new
marketing initiatives which would have positive impact on the bottom line.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE:
This is a management position and the Business Development Managers will report
directly to the Head of Commercial Division.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Execution of the company’s business plan that outlines key initiatives
associated with revenue growth, profitability and expense control.
Responsible for assigned group of appointed brokers/agents as well as appoint
new brokers/agents to drive new business production, key-account retention, new
product roll-out, and large account prospecting.
Prepares and delivers sales presentations/training and follows up with key
decision makers.
Develops and maintains an awareness of market behaviour and competitive trends
and responds accordingly.
Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the company’s available
services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services
as appropriate to existing customers in conjunction with assigned
brokers/agents.
Regularly meets with Sales Managers for review of sales activities and results.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION PREFERRED:
Suitable candidates should have obtained minimum of a Bachelors’ degree/HND. Higher
academic and/or professional qualification will be an advantage.
