The company is the business retail and service of fuel
management systems, personal protective clothing, vehicle components and other
industrial products, is looking to fill a position of COUNTRY MANAGER –
BOTSWANA.
The applicant will be based in Gaborone Botswana and
service Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia markets
1.1.Duties
To oversee all company operations, procedures, staff and policies within the country
1.2.Qualifications
•Engineering degree from a reputable institution
•IT (Information Technology) degree from a
reputable institution
1.3.Job Requirements
•Minimum of 4 years general company experience
•Knowledge on LAS, HSE, GLOBAL, PANDROL & WABCO
products
•Excellent Microsoft office skills
•Valid driver’s license
• Proven record of successful
implementation/administration of business processes and re-engineering
therefore.
Ability to conceptualize, initiate and implement
continuous improvement measures
•Understanding of Botswana’s business legislation
•Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision
•Ability to organize and supervise different
business operation
•Experience in finance/budget management
•Excellent communication skills written and verbal
