emphasis in Recruitment, staff outsourcing, Training and Personal
Development.  Our client is a petroleum importing company and is looking to fill the position below;
Position:
Commercial Manager
Duties
Responsibilities:
·         Identifying business
opportunities and updating new projects for existing customers and prospects.
·         Negotiating contracts
and projects according to principles of commercial risk management.  
·         Monitoring commercial
customers by regular visits to ensure that their needs are satisfied i.e.
delivery time and regular orders.
·         Implementing the
company’s business plan through making plans to keep commercial operations and
relationships accurate.
·         Making long term plans
through reviewing profit and loss information.
·         Ensuring proper transmission
of invoices and customer statements
·         Ensuring the
collection of pending payments and their delivery service fund.
·         Organizing the
company’s business function that affects cost, policy, procedure and strategic
planning.
·         Developing all
proposals and marketing models.  
·          Ensuring proper
functioning of equipment at customer sites in compliance with the head
quarters.
Qualifications:
·         A bachelors’ degree in
Marketing or any other related field
·         At least 4 years of
experience in Sales and Marketing
·         Good communication and
networking skills
·         Ability to seek
information
·         Ability to work in a
first paced environment and provide good customer care services
·         Fluent in English,
French and Kinyarwanda
·         Good knowledge of
petroleum products would be an added advantage.
