Job Objective
To formulate &
ensure implementation of effective & efficient acquisition strategies for
Rwanda so as to enhance the leadership position in customer market share
Position: Manager –
Acquisitions
Duties and
Responsibilities
1.      
New revenue-paying subscribers in the Opco
To identify the new
segments for acquisition and therefore plan & implement the strategy to
penetrate the same with leadership position
To design &
provide tools to sales team for market expansion
To conduct consumer
& trade research on periodic basis to identify new opportunities for
acquisition.
To conceptualize
& rollout suitable products & plans in prepaid/postpaid/fwp to drive
acquisitions & revenue.
The design & test
plans & products to take care churn & loyalty parameters
To design suitable
consumer & trade schemes on acquire revenue-paying customers
To analyze and
identify channel partner ROI enhancement opportunities
To design &
implement channel incentive program to achieve the desired rec net adds target
To facilitate sales
teams to achieve the desired rec net adds target through conceptualising &
implementing suitable sales incentive programs
 Identification
of collaboration opportunities between the company landline & existing
mobility base to up sell additional connection
2.      
 Effective & efficient utilisation of Sales & Distribution budget
To plan & monitor
acquisition cost
To plan &
optimise the sales & distribution service expenses
3.      
Incremental Share of Net Adds
To identify the key
strengths of competition & plan & action key tactics to get incremental
share of net adds from competition
To plan and implement
the handsets strategy to gain market share & counter competition
4.      
Customer Delight measure in terms of Schemes & Promotions
To design &
implement consumer schemes & promotions which are simpler, crisp so that
increase the delight among existing & prospecting customers.
Qualifications and
Skills
·        
A recognized postgraduate degree in Management with specialization in Marketing
·        
At least 8-10 years working experience. Of these 2-3 years should be in telecom
sales/ marketing
·        
Ability to Align Strategies & Systems
