International Air Transport Association (IATA) Analyst, Remittance & Settlement Job Vacancy in Singapore

Description

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Remittance
& Settlement, the incumbent will be responsible for all Remittance &
Settlement (R& S) activities relating to the assigned Billing and
Settlement Plan (BSP) and Cargo Account Settlement Systems (CASS). 
Responsibilities
  • Handle all R& S activities of assigned
    BSP/CASS operations at zero tolerance level; Liaise closely with Country
    Offices, clearing bank, relevant internal departments (Accreditation,
    Corporate Planning & Control, Finance, etc.) and all associated
    stakeholders to ensure that R& S activities are managed in a timely and
    meticulous manner;
  • Prepare Hinge Account Reconciliation (HAR)
    report as per Standard Operating Procedures for approvals after closing of
    each settlement;
  • Provide support to R& S and operations
    related projects that may be assigned from time to time; and
  • Provide additional support as required by the
    Assistant Director, IDFS Operations.
Qualifications
and Skills
  • University degree in Finance and Accounting,
    Commerce or other related fields;
  • Should be able to read/write in Japanese
    language;
  • At least 4 years’ experience in Finance,
    Banking and/or Travel industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with
    internal/ external stakeholders at all levels from different cultures and
    background;
  • Excellent PC skills with strong knowledge of
    MS Office applications, especially usage of Microsoft Excel; and
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken is
    a must, knowledge of other regional language is a definite asset.
