Narrative Description
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Airport Consulting, the Manager, Airport Consulting Services is responsible for managing projects, taking part in business development initiatives and developing new solutions in the area of Airport Traffic Forecasting and Airport Development.
Responsibilities
Manage consulting projects: Responsible for budget and timeframe; Management of consultants and subject matter experts dedicated to the project; Project delivery supervision; and Client relationship management. Carry-out analysis and delivery work: Development of models, contribution to the analytical work, formalization and review of reports, and presentation to the client. Take part in business development initiatives: Nurturing relationships with key clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region, identification of business leads in coordination with the Sales and Marketing group, participation to commercial meetings and support to the Sales and Marketing team, preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Develop new solutions: Design new consulting solutions, and in collaboration with the Marketing Department, formalize associated promotional material and marketing campaign. Take part in contract preparation and related administrative work in support of both client and subcontractor relationships. Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets, monthly financial projections and future strategy as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
University degree (Bachelor or Masters) in Business Administration, Economics or a related subject, or equivalent degree. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a consulting firm or a renowned design and construction company. High level of computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access & Project. Experience in airport simulation tools is desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write reports in English. Knowledge of a second language, such as Mandarin, would be a definite advantage. Strong analytical mindset. Experience and knowledge of Asia constitutes an advantage.
