Chemonics Chief of party Liberia Anti-corruption project job vacancy in Liberia

Chemonics
seeks a chief of party for an anticipated five-year USAID-funded rule of law
and anti-corruption project in Liberia. The project aims to support the legal
profession through training and resource access and provide capacity building
support to the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission and Ministry of Justice
prosecutors. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a
difference in the lives of people around the world.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in
    political science, public policy, public administration, government, law,
    or a related field preferred
  • Minimum five years of progressively
    responsible experience implementing donor-funded anti-corruption and/or
    rule of law programs that support legal sector capacity building,
    increased prosecution, good governance, transparency and accountability
    reforms, and system wide public outreach and education activities to
    advance governance reforms
  • Familiarity with USAID rules and regulations
    and experience in budgeting, procurement, and financial management
  • Experience in international program management
    and overseeing multiple program areas simultaneously
  • Work experience in Africa or post-conflict
    countries
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required
