backgrounds in the following areas:

- Early grade reading and math assessments
- Organizational assessment and capacity
building - Early grade curriculum reform and material
development - Development of IT-based educational material
for developing country contexts - School-community partnerships
- Teacher training
- Grants management
- Monitoring and evaluation
Responsibilities include:
- Serve in a leadership role
- Contribute to project strategies
- Provide technical expertise in relevant areas
