REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge:
knowledge
of the Rwandan context of rural development, HIV/AIDs Policies and

programs.

Education:
Bachelors
Degree in social science or health related field, preferably with emphasis on
rural community development.
Prior
Work Experience
:
Minimum
of three years experience in HIV/AIDS-related work, including project
management, budge oversight and monitoring and evaluation.
Language
Proficiency:
  • Fluent
    English (written and spoken);
  • Fluent
    Kinyarwanda (written and spoken).
Abilities
and skills
:
  • Strong
    interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively within
    an interdisciplinary and international team framework;
  • Willingness
    and ability to take initiative with minimal guidance;
  • Strong conceptualization,
    analytical, and problem-solving skills;
  • Demonstrated
    ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of professional
    counterparts, within and outside the organization ;
  • Advanced
    computer literacy, word processing, and spread sheet
    development  Excel, Power Point, access)
