Candidate
should:

• Be
  a university graduate
• Hold
  a bachelor degree in one of this field: finance, accounting or Business
  administration
• Have
  a 3 years working experience (NGO experience desirable)
• Conversant
  with donor funded project reporting.
• Experience
  with accounting software, Microsoft excel and Microsoft Word
• Be
  fluent in written/spoken English and Kinyarwanda
• Judicial
  record will be required during interview
