JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Description :
Under the responsibility of the Parts Supervisor, you will provide spare parts according to the customer needs, monitors the availability of the stock and follow up on the delivery.
Location: Monrovia
Essential functions:
– analyze the customer need on CATERPILLAR spare parts according to their needs and provide the appropriate quotation,
– carry out sales of spare parts and develop a portfolio of new customers
– monitor the stock of Parts
– insure a follow-up on delivery and a satisfaction survey on customer
– provide assistance to the Parts Supervisor whenever required
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Qualifications and requirements:
– A bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting
– A minimum of 3 years experiences in logistics, a good knowledge of the supply chain is mandatory
– An excellent use of excel and of other software (a certificate is required)
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– An experience in an audit firm, NGOs and the private sector will be an added advantage as well as a background on the automotive field.
