Description: Responsibilities may include:
• Organizing of meetings
• Time/diary management
• Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction
• Responding to urgent requests
• Organizing and preparing documents, preparation of meeting and board papers
• Co-coordinating and booking travel arrangements
• Assisting with organizing events
• Organize all logistical issues related to directors and external visitors
• Take charge of the general office administration.

Requirements:
Qualification and Personal Attributes.
• At least 3 years experience as a PA
• Advanced Secondary education and Diploma in secretarial studies
• Exceptional computer literacy
• Highly developed organizational skills
• Initiative
• Maturity to handle a range of situations
• A meticulous and thorough nature
• An ability to work to tight deadlines
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
