Job objective:
To ensure effective material flow management regarding inbound, into the company’s warehouse, outbound, from the company’s warehouse and all pertaining RBS sites.
Reporting to: Project’s Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Negotiates and elaborates comparative analysis about transportation suppliers and prices.
• Coordinates with different Civil Works and Telecom, Installation Contractors, effective and on time equipment arrivals at pertaining sites.
• Arranges and manages lifting equipment and cranes when necessary at designated sites.
• Coordination for logistics of arriving materials as well as control and report of re-ordering stock levels.
• Minimal/critical products stock levels at warehouse.
• Elaboration of required Bill of Quantities for sites deliveries and requests for Purchases.
• Control for new suppliers as well as maintenance to data base of present suppliers.
• Generate reports about related costs to sites in service.
Necessary Qualifications:
• Degree in Procurement/Management.
• 3-4 years experience in logistics or a related field.
• Should have good planning and organizational skills.
• Creative and Innovative.
• Curious to learn.
• Self confident and motivated.
• A team player with unquestionable integrity.
• Must be Rwandan.
