We are an NGO that operates 24 dialysis centres that provides care to 1441 patients nationwide, with over 350 staff and is now seeking committed and service-oriented personnel to fill the following.
Internal Auditor
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
• To undertake independent regular and systematic reviews of the systems of internal control so as to provide reasonable assurance that such systems continue to operate satisfactorily and effectively;
• To provide the Audit Committee with independent and objective reports on the state of risk management, control and governance of the various operating units within the Foundation; and
• To report the extent of compliance of the units within the Foundation’s established policies and procedures as well as relevant statutory requirement.
Requirements:
• Degree or professional qualification or equivalent preferable in accounting, finance, business administration or management.
• Age above 50
• At least 8 years experience as an Internal Auditor in a medium sized organization.
• Preferably a member of Institute of Internal Auditors of Malaysia (IIAM).
• Able to comply with International Standards & subscribe to Code of Ethics.
• Posses in-depth understanding of internal auditing standards, risk assessment practices, technical aspects of accounting and financial reporting.
• Possess diverse & innovative skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively present to the Management and Board.
• Matured, self-starter, dynamic, resourceful, results-driven and team player.
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Extensive travelling (>50%)
