 Operational Risk Project Manager Kigali
Who is our next Operational Risk Project Manager? A candidate who has at least 4-6 years experience With operational risk, control or audit inspection preferably in a bank or an international company and has a degree in Accounting., Finance or economics

He or she has good knowledge of English both written and verbal. Our Operational Risk Project Manager is result driven, has good quantitative and qualitative and project management skills, prepared to work over time and has good computer skills, especially in excel. Should have good Solution and problem solving skills.

Develop capabilities and skills. Good presentation skills, Open to new ideas and techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a business plan for an operational risk within BPR.
• Develop a operational risk framework within BPR as an organisation.
• Take care of first necessary measures of controlling and mitigating operational risk.
• Review risks and coordinate with the other departments, structuring and mitigating operational risks.
• Inform and suggest BPR senior management regarding operational risks.
• Communicate well with integrated parties in his/her job,
• Timely implementation of an operational risk department.
• Quality and (cost) effectiveness of the proposed organisation.
• Gain support within the organisation.
• Manage the first operational risk issues.
