Our clients, leading industry leaders in Energy and Banking sectors are seeking Legal Counsels to join them as they grow rapidly in the region. There are 3 vacancies available with salary commiserating with experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and corporate secretariat support to the Group’s business entities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Group’s policies and best practices
• Draft, review, advise and negotiate on commercial contracts and agreements
• Liaise with external consultants on legal issues
Requirements:
• At least four to five years of post-qualification experience in practice and/or in the commercial sector for Legal Counsel position and at least 8 years of experience for Senior Legal Counsel position
• Able to work independently as well as in a team across all business units of the Group, including overseas subsidiaries
• High degree of drive and initiative, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel as and when required
