Clinical Business Development Manager
As a Clinical Business Development Manager, you will lead a team of Product Specialists to spearhead the development and distribution of a range of quality pharmaceutical products to increase market share and further enhance growth of the organization.
You will be responsible for overall P&L and manage all activities including strategy, budgets, sales and marketing for channels in the local market. You will design and implement creative marketing ideas, foster strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and establish an efficient distribution channel. You will train and motivate sales staff to effectively increase market share. You will handle negotiations, provide market and product forecasts and financial analysis to identify potential business partners.
Requirements
– Degree in Lifescience, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development for the pharmaceutical industry
– Project Management experience is highly advantageous
– An attractive remuneration package will commensurate with experience!!
Medical Sales Representative
As a Medical Sales Representative your key role is to drive the sales of a portfolio of pharmaceutical products for a leading MNC. To achieve this you will be responsible for creating and executing a territory business plan focused on generating sales
Job Scope
• Business management of the company’s product to increase sales
• Maintain and network with clients to maintain the accounts or to promote and expand accounts
• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Involved in product launches and seminars preparation
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Science related fields/ Degree in Pharmacy
• At least one year experience with either pharmaceutical products, OTC or health related industries preferred
• Experience in other sales with keen interest in pharma industry also welcome
• Fresh Graduate with strong interest in sales, medicine and science are welcome
