Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities
To assist in the daily operations of the clinic practice:
• Handle phone calls / mails
• Coordinate health screening’s appointment and follow up with patient appointment’s schedules
• Attend to patient’s enquiries
• Provide admin support

Requirements
• O level or equivalent
• Preferably with customer service experience in healthcare industry or other service-related industry managing front-line operations or with call centre back ground
• Good team player and ability to use initiative and multi task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office @Excel
