All of this explains why two ppl can test the same service on the same day and get opposite results. It’s not because someone is lying, it’s because IPTV depends on your whole setup — device, connection, routing, even your location.

Once you find a provider that works smooth for you, stick with it. At the end of the day, IPTV is personal.
