Job Description
- Observe the organization’s food preparation, handling, storage, and transportation processes
- Interview food preparation and handling
- Review the organization’s food safety-related records and documents
- Issue a formal audit report to the organization and certification body
- Arrange travel means, lodging when traveling to a client site
- Issue accurate, complete invoice to client in a timely manner
- Conduct timely follow-ups with client
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a BSc qualification with 1-2 years work experience.
