The Rwanda Dairy Development Project under SPIU of IFAD Funded Projects now invites to submit bids supply of its equipment for SPIU of IFAD Funded Projects / RDDP. More details on the services are provided in the ToR.

Tender Document may obtain from www.umucyo.gov.rw for a non-refundable fee of Eight Thousand Five  Hundred Rwandan Francs (FRW 8,500) to Account N° 1000038136 ‘ MINAGRI/RDDP/ COUNTERPART FUND ACCOUNT’ at National Bank of Rwanda (BNR).

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Nine Hundred Thousand Rwanda Francs (900,000 RWF) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, issued by a financial institution recognized by the National Bank of Rwanda.

Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed through the e-procurement system for Rwanda: www.umucyo.gov.rw not later than 14 days before the date of submission of bids.

Bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above not later than the date and time indicated in the e-procurement system concerning this tender. Late bids will be rejected by the umucyo system automatically.

Bids will also be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the date and time indicated in the e-procurement system. All bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of bid submission. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement.
