INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF RAPID DIAGNOSTIC TEST(RDT) KITS

- BACKGROUND:
With funding from the Global Fund, Family Health International (FHI360) is collaborating with Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) to support the government of Nigeria to enhance sustained cross-sectional integration of HIV/ AIDS services by building Nigeria’s capacity to deliver sustainable high quality, comprehensive, prevention, treatment care and related services in Nigeria.
In order to support over ten (10) one-stop shops (OSS) and key population friendly health facilities, Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNi) is inviting qualified and interested companies to submit sealed quotations for the supply of Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) Kits as follows: - MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:

- EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA:
Bidders must ensure that all requested information above are included in the submission. Proposals will be evaluated as follows:

• AHNi is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigeria Tax Laws:
• Deliveries– these Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) Kits are to be delivered to Abuja- FCT
• All proposal document submitted including prices must be valid for six (6) months from the tender due date. This include but not limited to cost, terms, conditions and service level agreement - CLOSING DATE
Tender document must be hand delivered or couriered to the above address on or before Tuesday 23 June 2020 at 2:00pm prompt. - DISCLAIMER
